ABOUT THE ROLE
SuperBotics MultiTech is a global technology partner delivering enterprise AI, e-commerce, cloud, and managed services across 14 countries. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Entry Level Designer to join our growing team, someone who can craft visually compelling experiences and communicate ideas clearly in exceptional English.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design UI/UX assets for web platforms, mobile apps, and enterprise products
- Create marketing collateral: banners, social media graphics, email templates, and presentations
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to deliver pixel-perfect design implementations
- Contribute to maintaining a consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints
- Write clear, well-structured design documentation and copy in English
- Participate in design reviews, iterate based on feedback, and meet project deadlines
- Support client-facing projects with polished visual deliverables
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools
- Strong grasp of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent written and spoken English, essential for client communications
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
- Ability to turn creative briefs into compelling visuals
- Attention to detail and a keen aesthetic sensibility
NICE TO HAVE
- Motion and micro-animation (After Effects, Lottie)
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS basics
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
- Experience in agile or sprint-based teams
- Prior internship or freelance design projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience (freshers welcome with a strong portfolio)
- Portfolio demonstrating design skills, link or PDF required with application
