Role Description This is a full-time, on-site UI/UX Designer role based in Navi Mumbai. The UI/UX Designer will work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to translate complex UAV and data workflows into intuitive, user-centered interfaces. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research, defining user journeys and interaction flows, creating wireframes and detailed visual designs, and building interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications. The role involves collaborating on front-end implementation, maintaining design systems, and ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints. The designer will continuously iterate based on user feedback and usability testing to improve product usability and overall experience.
Qualifications
- Strong user experience design skills, including User Experience Design (UED), user flows, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in visual design and mockups, with the ability to create clean, modern, and consistent interfaces.
- Experience with prototyping tools and processes to build and test interactive prototypes.
- Understanding of front-end development concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Relevant experience designing web and/or mobile applications; background in data-heavy or technical products is an advantage.
- Comfort with user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
