Role Description

We are looking for a talented and execution-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team full-time in an on-site role. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles, visual design, usability, and product thinking.
You will be responsible for designing clean, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications while collaborating closely with developers, project managers, and internal teams. Since we operate in a service-based environment, the candidate must be capable of handling multiple projects, adapting to changing requirements, and delivering high-quality work within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and design systems
• Collaborate with development and product teams for smooth implementation
• Understand business requirements and convert them into intuitive user experiences
• Maintain consistency in layouts, typography, colors, spacing, and branding
• Optimize designs for responsiveness, usability, and accessibility
• Handle multiple client and internal projects efficiently
• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining design quality
• Continuously improve designs based on feedback and user experience goals
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends and industry standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and user behavior
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
• Good understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and visual hierarchy
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service-based company environment
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies is a plus
• Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX work is preferred
