We're expanding our product design team and looking for a UI/UX Designer who can shape intuitive, learner-centric digital experiences across web and mobile.

What You’ll Do🔹 Turn complex problems into clean, simple and delightful designs
🔹 Contribute to discovery, user research, journey mapping & usability testing
🔹 Create wireframes, prototypes and pixel-perfect UI using Figma
🔹 Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Design teams
🔹 Maintain & enhance HCL GUVI’s Design System
🔹 Own end-to-end experiences—from concept to handoff

What We’re Looking For✔ 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
✔ Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work
✔ Expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Components)
✔ Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design & accessibility (WCAG)
✔ Ability to explain and defend design decisions confidently
⭐
Nice to Have• EdTech, SaaS or landing page design experience
• Familiarity with FigJam, Notion, Photoshop, After Effects or AI-driven tools
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding or developer handoff experience
• Ability to design for diverse regional and accessible audiences
