Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a UI/UX Designer located in the Pune District( In-Office) . The role involves designing user-centered interfaces and experiences by creating mockups, prototypes, and final visual designs. The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure designs are correctly implemented. Additional responsibilities include improving usability, conducting user research, and staying updated on design trends to bring fresh ideas to projects.
Compensation
Upto 7.5 LPA
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mockups, Prototyping, and Visual Design
- Expertise in User Experience Design (UED) principles and practices
- Basic understanding of Front-End Development
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a user-first mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is highly desirable
