Role DescriptionWe are looking for a UI/UX Designer (Figma Specialist) for a full-time, on-site role in Noida.
In this role, you will design intuitive digital experiences and visually compelling product designs, including web interfaces, mobile applications, and product packaging (wrappers/labels). You will collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to turn ideas into practical, user-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design user-friendly website and mobile interfaces using Figma
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Design product packaging, wrappers, and branding elements
- Ensure consistency across design systems and products
- Collaborate with developers for smooth design handoff
- Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
Qualifications- Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles (layout, typography, color, spacing)
- Experience in web and mobile application design
- Basic knowledge of packaging / print design
- Ability to convert complex ideas into simple, user-centric designs
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
Good to Have- Experience with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Understanding of front-end basics (HTML/CSS)
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
Important- Portfolio is mandatory (applications without portfolio will not be considered)
