Role Overview
We are looking for a forward-thinking UI/UX Designer who combines strong design fundamentals with smart AI tool usage. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leveraging AI to accelerate research, wireframing, content structuring, prototyping, and visual exploration while maintaining design quality and user-centered thinking. This role requires someone who is creative not just in design, but in how they use technology to get things done faster and better. NIFT Certification will be a great value addition.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and scalable web and mobile interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Build and maintain design systems and reusable components.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers for seamless execution.
- Optimize UX based on user feedback and analytics insights.
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, content structuring, UX research synthesis, and visual experimentation.
- Apply structured prompt engineering techniques to generate faster iterations and explore creative directions efficiently.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong proficiency in Figma (Auto-layout, components, design systems, prototyping).
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD; After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Ability to convert business requirements into clear user flows and design solutions.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) for research, ideation, UI generation, and productivity.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with prompt engineering to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and refine them into production-ready designs.
Preferred Qualifications
- NIFT Certification – Value Added.
- Experience working in fast-paced product environments or startups.
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
