About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should be able to understand user needs, create user-centered designs, and collaborate closely with project managers and developers to deliver high-quality web and mobile interfaces.
The designer will be responsible for creating wireframes, graphics elements, video elements, prototypes, and final UI designs that ensure seamless and engaging user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps and web applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Create Graphics, banners, images, logo etc.
- Create videos
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to improve site/app usability.
- Review and Test UI/UX and provide suggestions for improvements
- Develop user flows, journey maps, and information architecture.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Maintain design consistency and brand guidelines across digital products.
- Improve site/app usability through continuous testing and feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design/website/product design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience designing web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualification:
• Bachelor’s/Master degree in Computer Science, IT, Design, or a related field.
