About The Role
TeamsWork is looking for a skilled Figma UI/UX Designer with a minimum of three years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing seamless and engaging digital interfaces for our web and mobile applications. Your expertise will help translate complex ideas and user needs into visually compelling and user-centric designs. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive user experiences that align with our company’s standards and goals. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. You should have at least three years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a proven portfolio demonstrating your expertise in Figma-driven projects. Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design is essential. You should be adept at collaborating within cross-functional, agile teams and possess excellent communication skills to effectively articulate and justify your design decisions. Attention to detail, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
As a UI/UX Designer at TeamsWork, your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma, ensuring consistency and usability across all platforms.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive design systems and component libraries to streamline the design process and uphold brand standards.
- Creating wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and detailed user flows to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and development teams.
- Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide design insights, and iterate on solutions based on feedback.
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing feedback to continuously improve user experience and interface effectiveness.
- Presenting design concepts clearly, articulating your thought process, and defending design choices during stakeholder reviews.
- Staying updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI to ensure our products remain innovative and competitive.
