About The Role
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join NeuroDrift’s dynamic team. This role involves creating intuitive, production-quality user interfaces for enterprise AI products and internal platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making complex AI and enterprise workflows accessible and understandable to non-technical users. As a key member of our design team, you will collaborate closely with founders, product managers, engineers, and clients to translate business needs into compelling visual and interactive experiences. Your work will directly impact how Fortune 500 companies and other enterprise clients interact with AI solutions, shaping the future of enterprise AI usability.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a startup, agency, or fast-paced tech environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of UX principles, UI craftsmanship, and experience working with mature design systems is essential. Deep expertise in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, and design tokens, is required, along with the ability to teach and mentor team members. Experience with prompting GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to generate, debug, and prototype HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent communication skills, empathy for users, and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous or rapidly shifting priorities. Familiarity with AI design/dev assistants and no-code builders will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities
Design & UX Problem Solving: Create intuitive, production-grade user interfaces for enterprise AI products, ensuring consistency with client design systems while enhancing user flows through a sharp UX mindset. Translate complex workflows and AI infrastructure concepts into accessible interfaces for non-technical operators. Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into wireframes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups.
GenAI & Rapid Prototyping: Leverage GenAI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to convert static designs into interactive prototypes swiftly. Generate, iterate, and troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate seamless handoff and integration into existing frontend stacks and no-code environments.
Client-Facing & Collaboration: Represent the design perspective during client calls, presenting and defending design decisions based on UX principles and data insights. Maintain open communication channels with clients and internal teams, adapting seamlessly between external client projects and internal product development. Partner closely with founders, engineering, and product teams to ensure design alignment and project success.
Benefits
Joining NeuroDrift offers the opportunity to take ownership of impactful design work across enterprise AI products that serve Fortune 500 clients. The company provides direct access to founders, fostering a collaborative environment free from middle management layers. Competitive compensation packages, including ESOP options, are available for the right candidate.
