The organization fosters a dynamic, collaborative environment where creativity and technical expertise converge to solve complex enterprise challenges.
About The Role
NeuroDrift is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of intuitive, user-centric interfaces for our enterprise AI products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions that impact Fortune 500 companies worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in user experience principles, a keen eye for UI craftsmanship, and the ability to translate complex technical workflows into accessible, engaging interfaces. You will collaborate closely with founders, product managers, engineers, and clients to ensure that our products are not only functional but also delightful to use. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is eager to make enterprise AI feel obvious and accessible for users across various industries.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience, preferably within startups, agencies, or rapidly evolving tech environments. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX principles, UI craft, and working with mature design systems is essential. Deep proficiency in Figma is required, including skills in components, variants, auto-layout, design tokens, and scalable systems, with the ability to mentor team members. Experience prompting GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Cursor to generate, debug, and iterate HTML, CSS, and JavaScript prototypes is highly valued. Candidates should demonstrate client empathy, excellent communication skills, and a pragmatic, get-it-done mentality. Familiarity with AI design and development assistants, no-code builders, and an understanding of enterprise client needs in sectors like healthcare or contact centers will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
Design and UX Problem Solving:
- Create intuitive, production-ready user interfaces for enterprise AI solutions, ensuring they are both functional and user-friendly for clients and internal platforms.
- Build upon existing client design systems, maintaining brand consistency while applying a sharp UX perspective to optimize user flows.
- Translate complex enterprise workflows, AI infrastructure concepts, and technical features into accessible interfaces that non-technical operators can easily navigate without extensive manuals.
- Convert business requirements gathered from founders, product managers, and business analysts into wireframes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups.
GenAI & Rapid Prototyping
- Leverage GenAI tools to quickly turn static designs into interactive prototypes, enabling rapid testing and iteration.
- Generate, refine, and troubleshoot foundational HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code for prototypes and handoff purposes.
- Ensure that prototypes and outputs can be seamlessly integrated into in-house frontend stacks and no-code environments, facilitating efficient development cycles.
Client-Facing & Collaboration
- Serve as the design voice during enterprise client meetings, articulating design decisions clearly and confidently.
- Present and defend design choices rooted in UX principles and data, while remaining open to constructive feedback.
- Partner directly with founders, engineering teams, and product managers across external client projects and internal product sprints, ensuring alignment and high-quality delivery.
- Adapt swiftly between client-facing work and internal product design tasks, maintaining flexibility and focus.
