About The Role
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join NeuroDrift’s dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive, scalable, and production-ready user interfaces for our enterprise AI products and internal platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including founders, product managers, engineers, and clients, to translate complex workflows and AI infrastructure concepts into user-friendly designs. Your expertise will ensure that our solutions are not only powerful but also accessible to non-technical users, helping to bridge the gap between advanced AI technology and end-user usability. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a startup, agency, or fast-paced tech environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating UX principles, UI craftsmanship, and familiarity with mature design systems is essential. You should have deep expertise in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, design tokens, and scalable systems, with the ability to mentor and teach team members. Experience prompting GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to generate and debug HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is highly desirable, as you will be responsible for creating prototypes that can be seamlessly integrated into our frontend stacks or no-code platforms. Excellent communication skills, client empathy, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a startup environment are critical. A working knowledge of AI design and development assistants, as well as no-code builders, will set you apart.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, production-grade user interfaces for enterprise AI products and internal platforms, ensuring consistency and usability across projects.
- Build upon existing client design systems, applying a sharp UX mindset to improve user flows and overall experience.
- Translate complex workflows, AI infrastructure concepts, and business requirements into wireframes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Leverage GenAI tools to rapidly turn static designs into interactive prototypes, enabling quick iteration and validation.
- Generate clean, functional HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code for prototypes and handoffs, ensuring compatibility with in-house frontend and no-code environments.
- Participate in client calls, presenting and defending design decisions based on UX principles and data insights.
- Collaborate closely with founders, engineering, and product teams on both external client projects and internal product development.
- Maintain flexibility to shift between client-facing work and internal design sprints, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
