About The Role
NeuroDrift is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in making enterprise AI intuitive and accessible through exceptional design. This position involves creating user interfaces for both client-facing products and internal platforms, translating complex workflows into simple, user-friendly experiences. The designer will collaborate closely with founders, product managers, and engineering teams to develop prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design intent and support business objectives. The role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions, leveraging generative AI tools to accelerate prototyping and development. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, demonstrating a passion for innovative design and a strong understanding of enterprise AI applications.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess 1–2 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience, preferably within startups, agencies, or fast-moving tech environments. A compelling portfolio showcasing UX principles, UI craftsmanship, and experience working with mature design systems is essential. Deep expertise in Figma is required, including proficiency with components, variants, auto-layout, design tokens, and scalable systems, along with the ability to mentor team members. Experience prompting and debugging AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and others to generate HTML, CSS, and JavaScript prototypes is highly valued. Candidates should demonstrate strong client empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to defend design decisions based on data and UX principles. Familiarity with AI design and development assistants, no-code builders, and a proactive, get-it-done attitude are also important.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role include designing intuitive, production-grade user interfaces for enterprise AI products and internal platforms, ensuring consistency with client design systems while enhancing user experience. The designer will translate complex workflows and technical infrastructure into accessible interfaces for non-technical users, ensuring clarity and usability. Collaborating with product teams to convert business requirements into wireframes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups is essential. Leveraging GenAI tools to rapidly prototype and iterate designs, generating clean, production-ready HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for seamless integration into existing frontend stacks or no-code environments, is a key aspect of the role. Additionally, the designer will serve as the voice of design in client interactions, presenting and defending design choices with rationale rooted in UX principles and data. Building strong partnerships across engineering, product, and executive teams to deliver impactful solutions and pivoting effectively between external client projects and internal product initiatives are integral responsibilities.
