About The Role
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer / Motion Designer / Video Editor / UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for modern design trends. This role requires a multi-skilled professional capable of handling diverse design projects, including static graphics, motion graphics, video editing, and user interface/user experience design. You will collaborate closely with marketing, development, and product teams to create compelling visuals for web, mobile applications, branding initiatives, and marketing campaigns. Your creative contributions will be instrumental in enhancing our brand presence and engaging our target audience effectively.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX design is essential. Proven experience of 2 to 6 years in a similar role, with a comprehensive understanding of design principles, branding, and digital marketing strategies, is preferred. Proficiency in industry-standard design and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma or Adobe XD is required. Additional knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are vital for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Graphics Design:
- Create visually appealing assets for social media, marketing campaigns, banners, posters, and branding materials that align with company branding guidelines.
- Design logos, brand identities, brochures, and digital creatives that communicate brand messages effectively.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity across all platforms and materials.
Motion Graphics & Animation
- Develop engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and promotional content for various digital channels.
- Design animations for product demos, advertisements, and social media reels to enhance visual storytelling.
- Produce explainer videos and other visual content that simplify complex ideas and captivate audiences.
Video Editing
- Edit and produce high-quality videos tailored for marketing, social media, and product promotion purposes.
- Incorporate effects, transitions, sound design, subtitles, and color correction to enhance video quality.
- Create short-form video content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
UI / UX Design
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications that provide seamless user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with developers to implement responsive and intuitive designs, ensuring usability standards are met.
