About The Role
This is a full-time, remote role for a UI/UX Designer based in Bengaluru. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of our ERP platform. They will design mockups, prototypes, and visual assets, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals. Collaboration with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders is essential to translate design concepts into functional features. The candidate will conduct user research, gather feedback, and refine designs to improve usability and functionality continually. The role demands a creative mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering intuitive digital experiences that meet the needs of diverse educational users.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating mockups, visual designs, and prototypes using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Expertise in User Experience Design (UED), with a focus on developing intuitive and user-centered interfaces.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles to facilitate effective collaboration with development teams.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Strong understanding of design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to articulate design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces for our ERP platform that are both visually appealing and highly functional.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Refine and iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, and evolving project requirements.
- Maintain consistency in design language and adhere to branding guidelines across all digital assets.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of our platform.
- Assist in creating documentation and style guides to ensure design consistency across teams and projects.
