About The Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Designer to join Naya’s dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex ideas, features, and updates into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our users and stakeholders. Your work will span across various mediums, including social media campaigns, product highlights, presentation decks, and internal communications, ensuring that every visual element aligns with Naya’s brand identity and strategic objectives.
You will approach each project as an opportunity to build and evolve the brand’s visual expression, defining the look and feel through typography, graphics, motion, and tone. Your creativity will be instrumental in designing micro-campaigns that highlight new features and innovations, capturing what’s new and why it matters to our users. Collaboration and feedback are integral to your process, as you will regularly engage with teammates, users, and external experts to refine your designs and ensure they meet high standards of quality and effectiveness.
This role involves end-to-end design responsibilities—from conceptualizing ideas and creating low-fidelity sketches to developing high-fidelity visuals and preparing handoff specifications for development. You will focus on creating seamless user experiences by paying attention to flow, interaction details, and pixel-perfect visuals. Additionally, you will craft internal storytelling visuals that distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives to foster alignment and shared understanding across teams.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a formal background in graphic design, product design, animation, or related fields, complemented by 3-5 years of professional experience. Experience working in fast-paced startup environments is highly desirable, as it demonstrates your ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should be proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch, and have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, and motion design. A portfolio showcasing your previous work—ranging from branding and campaigns to UI/UX projects—is essential for consideration.
Additional qualifications include excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with animation and interactive design is a plus, as is a passion for exploring new technologies and innovative design solutions. Candidates should demonstrate a growth mindset, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to strategize and execute designs that align with business goals.

- Break down complex processes and identify core problems to develop effective visual solutions.
- Own the entire design process—from concept and wireframes to high-fidelity visuals and specifications.
- Create seamless interactions and flow within user interfaces, paying close attention to details and visual hierarchy.
- Ensure all visuals are pixel-perfect, refined, and aligned with brand standards.
- Develop internal storytelling visuals that effectively communicate complex information and foster team alignment.
