About The Role
As a UI/UX Designer at Educase India, you will play a key role in designing intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces for our solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating mockups, developing prototypes, and enhancing user experience designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into functional and user-friendly designs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, engaging interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure that our digital products meet the highest standards of usability and aesthetic appeal.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating mockups, visual design, and prototyping using industry-standard tools
- Experience in User Experience Design (UED) with a focus on usability and user-centered design principles
- Basic knowledge of front-end development technologies to facilitate effective collaboration with developers
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively within a cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms
- Ability to adapt and work effectively on-site in Hyderabad
- Previous experience designing for the education or ERP sector is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a relevant field (or equivalent work experience)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs continuously
- Maintain consistency in design language and branding across all digital assets
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative solutions
- Assist in developing user personas and journey maps to better understand user needs and behaviors
- Participate in project planning and provide input on usability considerations during development cycles
