About The Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Designer to join our dynamic team at Naya. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex ideas, features, and updates into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our diverse audience. Your work will encompass a wide range of deliverables, including social media campaigns, product highlights, presentation decks, and internal storytelling materials. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of Naya, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visuals, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, marketing, and other designers to create engaging and user-centric visual experiences. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills will help elevate Naya’s brand presence and support our mission to revolutionize the digital design workflow.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a formal background in graphic design, product design, animation, or related fields, with 3-5 years of professional experience. Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly desirable. You should be proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to craft engaging visual stories. A solid understanding of UI/UX principles, motion design, and visual branding is essential. Bonus points for experience in animation, video editing, and familiarity with web technologies.

Responsibilities
- Translate ideas, features, and updates into visually engaging content that moves audiences and enhances understanding.
- Define and evolve Naya’s visual identity through typography, graphics, motion, and tone, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Design and execute micro-campaigns that highlight new features, products, and company updates to inspire and engage users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and refine visual assets to meet project goals.
- Break down complex processes and information into clear, compelling visual stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Own the end-to-end design process for new features, from initial concept sketches to high-fidelity prototypes and final handoff.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect visuals, typography, and visual hierarchy in all deliverables.
- Create seamless user experiences by balancing aesthetic appeal with usability, flow, and interaction details.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute innovative ideas, and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
