About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at TechDoQuest. In this role, you will lead the design efforts for a comprehensive sports and youth engagement platform, focusing on creating intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces across web, mobile, and augmented reality platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into innovative design solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing scalable design systems, white-label architecture, and conducting user research to validate design decisions. Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in product design, specializing in SaaS and mobile applications.
- Proven track record working with US-based clients and distributed, offshore teams.
- Expertise in Figma, including component libraries, design systems, and interactive prototyping.
- Experience designing scalable, multi-tenant design token architectures and white-label solutions.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards, particularly WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
- Familiarity with sports technology or youth-focused applications is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX design activities such as creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed application designs covering information architecture, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Develop comprehensive information architecture for web, mobile, and AR platform experiences, ensuring consistency and usability across all channels.
- Create detailed user journeys and validate them through structured research and stakeholder feedback, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Design scalable design systems, including component libraries and role-based interface patterns for various user types such as administrators, coaches, athletes, scouts, and parents.
- Build responsive, mobile-first, and accessibility-compliant interfaces that meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
- Design flexible white-label theming architectures that enable rapid brand customization without compromising user experience.
- Conduct remote user research sessions, develop user personas, and create journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Coordinate regular design review sessions, stakeholder presentations, and usability testing to validate and refine designs.
- Work closely with frontend development teams for seamless implementation, providing detailed specifications, annotations, and interaction states.
- Maintain and update the design system, component library, and conduct quarterly audits to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.
- Engage in continuous stakeholder communication, incorporating feedback rapidly and effectively into the design process.
