About The Role
We are seeking a talented UI-UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Noida (Delhi-NCR). In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the user experience and visual appeal of our web and mobile applications. Your work will directly influence how users interact with our products, ensuring that complex features are transformed into simple, intuitive interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our brand standards and user needs.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on global products used by top-tier brands. You will be involved in the entire design lifecycle, from initial concepts and wireframes to final deployment, ensuring that our products deliver exceptional user experiences. Your insights, creativity, and data-driven approach will contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of our offerings.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in UI-UX design, backed by relevant experience and a compelling portfolio. You should be proficient with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. A good understanding of data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Microsoft Clarity is advantageous, as it helps inform design decisions based on user behavior and data insights.
Educational qualifications include a graduation in BTech/BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields. Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Computer Applications, or Design (B.Des/M.Des) from a reputed institution is also acceptable. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in UI-UX design, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry, demonstrating a strong portfolio of work that showcases wireframes, style guides, and user interfaces.
Responsibilities
As a UI-UX Designer at Trycon, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Product and Design teams to develop wireframes, prototypes, and style guides for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, product goals, and user experience best practices.
- Transforming wireframes into visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces using tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Analyzing existing software applications to identify UI-UX gaps by leveraging data from tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity, and conducting usability interviews and A/B testing.
- Applying data-driven insights to design high-conversion UI-UX variants aimed at enhancing user engagement and increasing conversion rates.
- Occasionally creating graphics for branding and marketing initiatives, including blog images, social media visuals, and infographics.
- Maintaining consistency across the product by ensuring design standards are adhered to and that new features integrate seamlessly with existing interfaces.
- Participating in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve overall user satisfaction.
