We're Hiring: UI/UX Designer
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹9000–₹10,000 per month
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can design modern, premium-quality user interfaces for both mobile apps and websites. If you have a strong eye for design, understand user experience, and can work quickly in Figma without compromising quality, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Design modern, premium, and user-friendly mobile app and web interfaces.
- Create high-quality UI/UX designs using Figma with speed and precision.
- Recreate designs from reference images, screenshots, or design inspirations, even without a complete design brief.
- Build clean design systems, reusable components, and responsive layouts.
- Select appropriate typography, spacing, icons, and visual hierarchy for different use cases.
- Choose color palettes that enhance usability, branding, and user engagement.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Figma.
- Experience designing both mobile applications and web applications.
- Ability to create designs from reference images while maintaining originality.
- Excellent understanding of typography, font pairing, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong knowledge of color theory and selecting the right color combinations for different products and industries.
- Ability to design premium, modern, and production-ready interfaces.
- Knowledge of Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Systems, and Prototyping in Figma.

- Strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect layouts.
- Comfortable using AI design tools to improve productivity, but the final designs must be creative, polished, and must not look AI-generated.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Selection Process

- Your best UI/UX design work.
Shortlisted candidates will receive a UI reference image. You will be asked to recreate the design in Figma. If your design is pixel-perfect or an improvement over the reference while maintaining usability and design quality, you will be shortlisted for the final interview.
Salary
₹9000–₹10,000 per month (based on skills and performance).
