Company Description
We are looking for a talented and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team. You will own the end-to-end design process from early-stage user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready assets. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive, beautiful, and accessible experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and final UI assets.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library in Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers to define and refine product requirements and user stories.
- Work closely with front-end engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
- Iterate rapidly on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively
Requirements
Must Have
- 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web and/or mobile).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects with measurable impact.
- Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping, dev mode).
- Solid understanding of UX principles: information architecture, interaction design, accessibility.
- Experience conducting user interviews, usability tests, and synthesising findings.
- Ability to communicate design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to aid developer handoff.
- Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS/Android) following platform guidelines.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Mixpanel, Hotjar, Google Analytics) for data-informed design.
- Exposure to motion design or micro-interaction principles.
