We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into seamless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design clean, modern, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into effective design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design high-fidelity UI screens using Figma.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Improve user experience through usability testing and iterative design.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, and interaction patterns.
- Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping.
- Understanding of responsive web and mobile design principles.
- Good knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, and layout.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
