Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a UI/UX Designer based in Gurugram. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback. Day-to-day tasks include producing wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups; conducting usability testing; collaborating with cross-functional teams; and refining designs to improve user experience. The designer will ensure a seamless and engaging user journey across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in interface design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
- Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing techniques
- Strong understanding of interaction design and information architecture principles
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and details
- Team collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in front-end coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Previous experience with designing for ed-tech platforms or IT services is an advantage
