Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a UI/UX Designer based in Ranchi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The UI/UX Designer will design intuitive user interfaces and exceptional user experiences, develop visual designs, create detailed prototypes, and conduct user research to optimize the design process. Collaboration with product managers and developers will be crucial to ensure the delivery of engaging and user-friendly products.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating Mockups and Visual Design
- Expertise in Prototyping and User Experience Design (UED)
- Experience in Front-End Development and translating designs into interactive components
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand user needs
- A portfolio showcasing design work and an ability to articulate design decisions
- Familiarity with industry-standard design and prototyping tools
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
