About the RoleAnatech Consultancy is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in website design for agency-based projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of modern UI trends, user-centered design principles, and hands-on expertise in Figma.
You will work closely with developers, project managers, and clients to create visually engaging and conversion-focused digital experiences for websites and web applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design modern, responsive website UI layouts and user experiences
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Understand client requirements and translate them into intuitive designs
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, and design systems
- Improve website usability and overall user journey
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong expertise in Figma
- Proven experience designing websites for a digital agency or web design agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern website and landing page designs
- Good understanding of responsive design principles
- Knowledge of UX best practices and conversion-focused design
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Skills- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of branding and visual identity
- Experience collaborating with WordPress/Webflow development teams
- Familiarity with prototyping and micro-interactions
