Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can craft visually engaging social media posts and also handle client-based design projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, user-cantered design thinking, and the ability to deliver high-quality visuals that align with brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design eye-catching and engaging social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create visually appealing graphics, banners, and marketing creatives
- Understand client requirements and deliver customized UI/UX solutions (When have requirement)
- Work on website UI designs when required
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all designs
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce effective creatives
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
- Manage projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives and UI/UX projects
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Basic knowledge of user experience (UX) principles
- Creativity with attention to detail
- Ability to take feedback and make revisions accordingly
- Good communication skills for handling client requirements
