About The Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Figma UI/UX Designer based in Noida. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to craft user-centered interfaces and seamless workflows. Your primary responsibilities will include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, conducting user research to understand user needs, and translating these insights into engaging, intuitive designs. You will play a vital role in maintaining consistency across the design system, ensuring that all visual and interaction elements align with the company's branding and usability standards. Qualifications
- Proficiency in UI design tools, particularly Figma, with extensive experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating design systems.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, including conducting user research, developing personas, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Skills in graphic design, visual hierarchy, and creating accessible, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with technical and business objectives.
- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design practices, along with a solid understanding of web accessibility standards to ensure inclusivity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication abilities to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Prior experience designing for complex software platforms or enterprise-level solutions is highly desirable.
- A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
Design and develop user interfaces and experiences for enterprise SaaS platforms, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs and business goals.
Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using Figma, translating complex requirements into simple and engaging interfaces.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, refine design concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
Maintain and evolve the company's design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products.
Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices, adhering to best practices for web accessibility and usability.
Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
Assist in documenting design specifications and user flows to facilitate seamless development and implementation.
Work proactively to identify potential usability issues and propose innovative solutions to enhance overall user satisfaction.
