About The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for our AI-powered SaaS products. You will work closely with product engineers and developers to transform ideas from initial sketches into polished, high-fidelity prototypes in Figma that can be effortlessly implemented. Your designs will directly influence the usability and appeal of our products, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse user base. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in UI/UX design with a passion for creating compelling digital experiences. Proficiency in Figma is essential, including experience with components, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping functionalities. A good understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy is required. Additionally, you should be comfortable designing responsive layouts for both desktop and mobile devices. Excellent communication skills are necessary to articulate and defend your design decisions effectively. A proactive attitude towards learning, feedback, and iteration is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms using Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze insights to inform design improvements.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and component library to ensure brand coherence across products.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate and feasible implementation of designs.
- Design micro-interactions, onboarding flows, and complex dashboard interfaces that are data-rich and user-friendly.
- Iterate designs rapidly based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and A/B testing results to optimize user experience.
- Prepare presentation decks, brand assets, and marketing visuals as needed to support product launches and branding efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, especially those relevant to AI products, conversational interfaces, and emerging UI patterns.
