About The Role
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging, intuitive, and innovative user interfaces for our sports technology products. Your work will directly influence how users interact with our AI-powered platforms, ensuring seamless experiences across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of creativity and technical understanding, capable of translating complex sports and AI data workflows into simple, elegant user journeys. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to develop designs that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and scalable.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating successful product design projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma is essential. A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and usability standards is required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Experience designing for web, mobile, or SaaS platforms is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a strong ability to simplify complex workflows and data into intuitive interfaces, with a passion for staying updated on the latest design trends and accessibility standards.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for various digital platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to refine and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design systems, promoting consistency and scalability across products.
- Simplify complex AI and sports data workflows into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Stay informed about current design trends, accessibility standards, and interaction techniques to enhance product quality.
