About The Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team at House of Aadyaa in Pune. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers an exciting opportunity to influence the online shopping experience for a global audience. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging, user-centric designs that enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of our website. Your work will directly impact key business metrics such as conversion rates, user retention, and overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of e-commerce user behavior, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) sectors. A solid understanding of user experience principles, conversion optimization strategies, and usability testing is essential. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms is required. Candidates should also have a good grasp of user psychology, buying behaviors, and the ability to create designs that balance aesthetics with functionality. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with developers and marketing teams are crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Design and continuously optimize website interfaces to improve user experience and engagement. Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that align with business goals and user needs. Focus on enhancing key conversion touchpoints, including the homepage, product pages, collection pages, and the cart & checkout flow, to streamline the purchasing process. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design concepts and maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints. Work in tandem with the marketing team to create compelling landing pages and campaign visuals that drive traffic and conversions. Conduct usability testing, analyze user behavior through heatmaps and session recordings, and leverage insights to refine designs. Monitor performance metrics such as bounce rate and conversion rate, and implement data-driven improvements to optimize overall website performance. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices to ensure our digital presence remains innovative and user-friendly.
