Key Responsibilities
- Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product usability and engagement.
- Maintain consistency in design systems, branding, and visual standards.
- Optimize designs for responsiveness and accessibility across devices.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
· Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end design practices is preferred.
- Familiarity with design systems and prototyping tools.
- Strong visual design sense with attention to typography, color, and layout.
Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design or related design roles.
- Portfolio showcasing web/mobile UI designs and UX case studies is preferred.
