Role Description
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience for a full-time, on-site role at our Noida office. The role involves creating intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces and seamless user experiences for digital products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and iterate on user-centric solutions. Key responsibilities will include designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, conducting usability testing, and ensuring the quality of the final design aligns with the brand guidelines and project requirements.
Exp: 3 to 5 years
Location: Noida , WFO (5 Days)
Qualifications
- Expertise in User Interface Design and User Experience (UX) that focuses on creating user-centric, intuitive designs.
- Strong Visual Design skills with the ability to create engaging mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Experience with Front-End Development principles to ensure seamless implementation of design elements across digital platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design software.
- Solid understanding of accessibility, usability testing, and responsive design practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is highly desirable.
