We're Hiring: UI/UX Designer (2+ Years Experience)

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can take ownership of the full design journey—from understanding requirements to crafting intuitive web application, mobile experiences and ensuring the final product reflects the intended design vision.

What You'll Own
✓ End-to-End Design Ownership
• Translate product requirements and stakeholder inputs into clear user goals
• Create structured user flows, low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes
• Design modern, visually balanced interfaces
• Ensure design quality through review and QA during development
✓ Mobile-First UI Design
• Design intuitive interfaces for iOS and Android
• Follow platform guidelines such as Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
• Design responsive and adaptive layouts for phones, tablets, and different screen sizes
• Maintain usability and consistency across platforms
✓ High-Fidelity Visual Execution
• Design UI systems and components using Figma or Adobe XD
• Create advanced visual assets using Adobe Photoshop
• Build visually rich screens using strong design fundamentals (typography, grids, spacing, color systems)
✓ Prototyping & Interaction Design
• Build interactive prototypes demonstrating flows and user journeys
• Showcase screen transitions and interactions for validation
• Use tools like advanced prototyping in Figma or Framer.
✓ Developer Collaboration
• Deliver clear design specifications and assets for development
• Work closely with engineering teams to reduce implementation gaps
• Ensure the final product reflects the intended design vision

Skills & Experience Required
Design Tools
• Strong proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills (non-destructive editing, masking, compositing)
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus
UX & Design Fundamentals
• Strong wireframing and user flow design
• Understanding of usability principles and information hierarchy
• Excellent visual sense for typography, spacing, color, and layout
Mobile Design Awareness
• Experience designing interfaces for mobile applications
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive layouts across devices
• Familiarity with mobile development frameworks such as Flutter or React Native is helpful
Prototyping & Motion
• Ability to create interactive prototypes
• Familiarity with motion and micro-interactions
• Exposure to tools such as Lottie or Adobe After Effects is valued
Technical Awareness
• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Understanding of responsive design principles
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers

Nice-to-Have (The X-Factor)
• Experience using AI-assisted design tools like Midjourney or Adobe Firefly
