We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive, scalable, and modern AI-first product experiences across our ecosystem.
What You’ll Work On
• Design AI-native product experiences for web platforms and enterprise workflows
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Design conversational interfaces, dashboards, onboarding flows, and automation systems
• Simplify complex AI workflows into intuitive user experiences
• Build scalable and responsive design systems
• Collaborate closely with founders, product teams, and engineers
• Improve usability, accessibility, consistency, and interaction flows across products
Responsibilities
• Design user-centric interfaces for AI and SaaS products
• Create modern and scalable UI systems using Figma
• Design enterprise dashboards, workflow systems, and AI interactions
• Maintain design consistency across products and branding
• Participate in product ideation and feature discussions
• Work closely with frontend teams during implementation
• Iterate rapidly based on feedback and evolving requirements
• Help shape interaction patterns for AI-driven experiences
Requirements
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Strong understanding of UX principles and interaction design
• Experience designing web applications or SaaS platforms
• Strong visual design fundamentals (typography, hierarchy, spacing, layouts)
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
• Ability to work independently in remote startup environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have
• Experience designing AI products or conversational interfaces
• Familiarity with enterprise workflows or HRTech platforms
• Motion design or micro-interaction experience
• Understanding of frontend workflows (HTML/CSS/React basics)
• Previous startup experience
