About Dyrect
Dyrect is a B2B2C SaaS platform that helps 500+ brands globally manage their warranties end-to-end — from product registration and claims to repairs, payments, and analytics. We're replacing the duct-tape of spreadsheets, Zendesk, and disconnected tools with one clean platform that brands, dealers, and customers actually enjoy using.
We're a fast-moving team building something genuinely useful — and design is central to how we differentiate.
The Role
We're looking for a UI/UX Design Intern who can think through user problems and translate them into clean, intuitive interfaces. You'll work across multiple surfaces — customer-facing portals, internal dashboards, mobile flows, and marketing pages — so you'll get a wide range of exposure in a short time.
This isn't a "make pretty mockups" role. You'll work with real product requirements and real users.
What You'll Work On
- Designing flows for customer-facing warranty portals (registration, claims, status tracking)
- Internal dashboards for brand teams — support queues, analytics, service ticket views
- Mobile app screens for end customers and service technicians
- Marketing and landing pages on our Webflow site
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
- A portfolio with at least 1-2 product design projects (apps, dashboards, or web)
- Good grasp of information hierarchy and UX flows — not just visual polish
- Ability to work independently, ask good questions, and move fast
- Bonus: familiarity with design systems, B2B SaaS products, or Webflow
