Role Description The UI/UX Design Intern role at Kompass is a hybrid position based in Kerala, India. The intern will support the team in creating user-centered interfaces from initial concept to detailed mockups, alongside social media content. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, refining visual design elements, and collaborating with developers and product stakeholders to ensure a cohesive user experience. The intern will also participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and help maintain design consistency across the learning ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Mockups and Visual Design to create clear, engaging interface layouts.
- Proficiency in Prototyping to translate concepts into interactive designs.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Ability to learn quickly, take feedback constructively, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail in both visual and interaction design.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. (Optional)
