About Roz
Roz is a guided investing app for first-time investors in India. The product is mobile-first and already has a detailed app structure, onboarding flow, SIP flow, home screen, learn experience, and screen-level product spec. We’re looking for someone who can turn product thinking into polished mobile UI and UX.
What you’ll do
- Design mobile app screens in Figma
- Turn flows and product specs into polished UI
- Create wireframes, user journeys, and clickable prototypes
- Build and organize components and reusable design patterns
- Improve usability, clarity, and visual consistency across the product
- Work on onboarding, home, portfolio, learn, and growth surfaces
- Collaborate closely on interaction ideas and app UX improvements
What we’re looking for
- Strong Figma skills
- Good UI taste, especially for mobile apps
- Understanding of UX flows, hierarchy, layouts, and interaction patterns
- Ability to think through user behavior, not just make screens pretty
- Portfolio with app screens, product design work, or strong conceptual projects
- Bonus if you’ve designed for fintech, education, or consumer products
Nice to have
- Experience with prototypes and motion in Figma
- Understanding of design systems
- Ability to think through conversion and onboarding UX
