Role Description This is a full-time, on-site UI/UX Design Intern role based in Hyderabad, with an immediate joining requirement. The intern will assist in designing intuitive user interfaces and crafting user experiences for Crafter’s productivity and collaboration apps. Day-to-day tasks include creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, refining visual design elements, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into user-centric designs. The intern will participate in user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and consistency across the platform. The role also involves supporting front-end implementation by preparing design assets and ensuring alignment with design guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong user experience and interaction design skills, including User Experience Design (UED) and the ability to translate workflows into intuitive interfaces.
- Proficiency in mockups and prototyping, using industry-standard tools to visualize concepts and create interactive design drafts.
- Solid visual design capabilities, with an eye for layout, typography, color, and component consistency.
- Basic understanding of front-end development concepts to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar applications.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
- Interest in the entertainment or media production domain is an advantage.
