- Overall 5+ years hands on experience as a UX designer for web portals
- Experience in designing responsive UX for phone, tablet, and laptop/desktop applications.
- Experience in ADA compliance for UX designs
- Experience in HTML5, CSS 3 and Figma is a MUST.
- Experience in using prompt based design tools and AI assisted research to accelerate ideation, generate design variations, and uncover user insights.
- Is expected to join requirements gathering discussion with PO/BA/SMEs and drive the user journey design workflows from those sessions with minimal support from BAs/SMEs.
- Is expected to update and maintain style guides for the client
