The Role: Senior UI/UX Developer
- We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “design screens” — but thinks in systems, user journeys, and conversion flows.
- You will own the complete UI/UX layer of ExaltRide and future Torqis products.
- This is not a pixel-pusher role.
- This is a product-thinking, impact-driven position.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Designing clean, conversion-focused user interfaces for web
• Creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Improving user journeys (product discovery → cart → checkout → post-purchase)
• Building and maintaining a scalable design system
• Working closely with the dev team for pixel-perfect implementation
• Improving UX for:
• Product filtering
• Vendor dashboards
• Customer onboarding
• Checkout experience
• Optimizing UI for mobile-first users (India-focused audience)
• Constantly improving usability, accessibility & clarity
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design (preferably eCommerce or marketplace)
• Strong command over Figma (design systems, components, auto-layout)
• Understanding of UX psychology & conversion-driven design
• Knowledge of frontend principles (React/Next.js understanding is a big plus)
• Experience designing scalable dashboards & complex flows
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment
• Someone who can think like a founder, not just a designer
Bonus Points If You:
• Have worked in an early-stage startup
• Understand marketplace business models
• Can improve UI based on analytics & behavioral data
• Have built design systems from scratch
