Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Associate. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, as well as designing user interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience. The role involves collaborating with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into engaging and functional user-centered designs. The incumbent will also work on iterative design improvements based on user testing and feedback.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating Wireframes, Mockups, and Visual Design
- Experience in Prototyping and developing functional models of projects
- Expertise in User Experience Design (UED), with a focus on user-centered interfaces
- Basic skills in Front-End Development for collaborating with engineering teams
- Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
