What You'll Do
- Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Build and maintain design systems, brand identities, and visual guidelines.
- Design modern, conversion-focused landing pages and marketing websites
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and micro-interactions to enhance product experiences.
- Design investor pitch decks, product launch assets, presentations, and marketing creatives.
- Collaborate closely with founders, developers, and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Ensure consistency across all product, marketing, and brand touchpoints.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, AI-powered workflows, and industry best practices.
AI-First Workflow

Experience using AI for ideation, UX research, content generation, design exploration, workflow automation, or rapid prototyping is a strong advantage.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or Visual Design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality digital products and visual design work.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, usability, and interaction design.
- Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, spacing, composition, and layout.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern collaborative design workflows.
- Experience designing responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion design, animations, and interactive prototypes.
- Knowledge of design systems and scalable component libraries.
- Experience working with startups, SaaS products, or early-stage companies.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end development concepts.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into design workflows.
