UI/Product Designer (Web Platform + Visual Design) – On-Site
We are building a next-generation gamified cybersecurity learning platform, focused on guided learning, hands-on experience, gamified progression, and highly immersive user experience.
We are looking for a highly skilled UI/Product Designer who can take ownership of the entire visual layer of the product - from core platform UI, UX, to supporting design assets across web and marketing and brand's visual identity.

🎯 Role Responsibilities
✅ Design complete product experience (Dashboard, Learning Paths, Lesson UI, Gamification, etc.)
✅ Complete UI design of the platform:
- Dashboard
- Learning paths, learning interface, user flows
- Lesson experience (video + tasks + quizzes)
- Gamification (XP, badges, progress)
- Brand mascots
- Animations, graphic elements, icons
✅ Create wireframes → high-fidelity UI → interactive prototypes
✅ Build a consistent and scalable design system (colors, typography, components)
✅ High-quality visual design language (icons, illustrations, UI assets)
✅ Designing polished, production-ready interfaces - not just concepts
✅ Collaborate with developers for implementation-ready designs
✅ Ensure UX is simple, guided, and beginner-friendly
✅ Additionally, you will contribute to:
- Landing pages
- Website visuals
- Marketing creatives (ads, thumbnails, digital assets)

🧠 Required Skillset (STRICT)
Ability to design conversion-focused and engagement-driven UI
1. UI / Product Design Mastery
- Strong understanding of layout, spacing, hierarchy, and visual clarity
- Ability to design complex web interfaces (dashboards, systems, flows)
- Experience with component-based design systems
- Ability to translate rough ideas into clean, structured UI

2. Visual Design Excellence (VERY IMPORTANT)
Strong sense of:
- Typography
- Color systems
- Visual balance
Ability to create:
- High-quality UI assets
- Icons and visual elements
- Clean, modern, tech-focused interfaces

- Can structure screens for clarity, simplicity, and flow
