About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore or Hyderabad on a hybrid work basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications focused on Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in translating design mock-ups into functional prototypes and production-ready applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, UX, Backend, QA, and DevOps, to build scalable, reusable, and high-performance micro-frontends and UI components. Your focus will be on optimizing web applications for speed and performance, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and maintaining a clean, well-documented codebase. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects at the forefront of AI technology, contributing to the development of next-generation solutions that impact global markets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Hands-on experience with cross-browser development and familiarity with other front-end frameworks.
- Solid understanding of web architecture, UI principles, and front-end best practices.
- Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for deploying web applications and managing cloud resources.
- Proficiency with version control systems like GitHub and automation tools such as GitHub Actions or similar.
- Ability to develop reusable code libraries, optimize page load times, and enhance overall user experience.
- Experience working across the full stack to deliver seamless and engaging user interfaces.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to write clean, readable, and well-commented code.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in globally distributed teams.
- Proactive team player with a positive attitude, empathy, and a commitment to fostering a supportive team environment.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
Responsibilities
- Translate design mock-ups into functional prototypes and production applications, primarily focusing on Machine Learning and Generative AI projects.
- Develop micro-frontends and reusable UI components to create modular and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, UX designers, Backend developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure cohesive development processes.
- Conduct thorough testing of web applications to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Iterate on designs and features based on user feedback and analytics to continuously improve usability and performance.
- Contribute to the architectural design and development of innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
- Create and maintain modular, reusable code components to streamline development and facilitate future enhancements.
- Participate in peer code reviews and solution design discussions to uphold quality standards.
- Adhere to internal coding standards, best practices, and contribute to the refinement of development processes.
