About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Frontend Developer (SDE-1) to join our dynamic technical team at Brainberg. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of our web applications, ensuring they are responsive, efficient, and user-friendly. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our web interfaces, working closely with backend developers to deliver seamless solutions. Your work will directly impact our ability to provide innovative psychometric tools and platforms that empower individuals and organizations alike.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, B. Tech, M. Tech, or MCA.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in back-end stacks and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in ReactJS and Next.js frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of UI kits and CSS frameworks such as Shadcn.
- Experience working with tools like Remix, Vite, and similar modern development tools.
- Hands-on experience with dependency management tools such as NPM and GitHub.
- Knowledge of writing unit tests is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with backend teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dynamic, responsive, and reusable user interfaces using ReactJS and Next.js for web applications.
- Implement efficient state management solutions utilizing Redux, Context API, or Recoil to ensure seamless data flow between components.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs, handling asynchronous data fetching, responses, and errors effectively.
- Optimize application performance by minimizing re-renders, enhancing load times, and applying best practices for memory and rendering efficiency.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using tools like Jest and React Testing Library to ensure code quality.
- Debug issues across various devices and browsers, providing timely resolutions.
- Assist in deploying applications to production environments and monitor ongoing performance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of development processes, updates, and configurations for knowledge sharing within the team.
