Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer who can design modern, clean, and conversion-focused website interfaces. The designer will work closely with the marketing team, developers, and content team to design website pages, landing pages, and digital assets.

This role focuses on website UI design, landing pages, and marketing pages, not only social media graphics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design website pages, landing pages, and microsites
• Create wireframes, UI layouts, and design systems in Figma
• Work on website redesign and new website projects
• Design case study pages, service pages, and marketing pages
• Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Coordinate with developers for proper design handoff
• Maintain brand consistency across website and digital materials
• Improve UI based on marketing and conversion goals
• Design emailers, banners, and marketing creatives when required

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Figma (Mandatory)
• Strong experience in Website UI Design
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles
• Understanding of responsive website design
• Understanding of conversion-focused design
• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly website structure
• Ability to create clean, modern, corporate design style
• Good communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience designing B2B service websites
• Experience in Architecture / Engineering / Construction / BIM industry (preferred)
• Experience working with WordPress / Webflow developers
• Understanding of landing page design for lead generation

Software Skills

• Figma (Mandatory)
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
