Role Description This is a full-time, on-site UI Designer role based in Agra. The UI Designer will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces for web and ERP-driven applications. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity visual designs that align with brand guidelines and user needs. The role involves designing user flows, interactive prototypes, and responsive layouts, while incorporating feedback from usability testing and stakeholder reviews. The UI Designer will work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design consistency across products.
Qualifications
- Strong User Interface Design and Visual Design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating clean, consistent, and user-centric interfaces.
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, including user flows, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Basic familiarity with Front-End Development concepts (HTML, CSS, responsive design) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Agra, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Experience designing enterprise or ERP-related interfaces is an advantage; knowledge of Odoo or similar platforms is a plus.
