Role Description As a UI Designer at Smheer, you will design intuitive, visually refined interfaces for web and mobile experiences that showcase luxury fashion and jewelry brands. You will collaborate with creative directors, UX designers, developers, and brand stakeholders to translate concepts, mood boards, and brand guidelines into high-fidelity screens, components, and design systems. Daily responsibilities include creating wireframes and mockups, refining layouts, defining visual hierarchies, selecting typography and color palettes, and preparing design assets for handoff to front-end teams. You will participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly while maintaining consistency with brand standards and accessibility best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and occasional client-facing presentations.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in User Interface Design and Visual Design, with a portfolio demonstrating refined aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Experience creating wireframes and Mockups using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) for web and mobile interfaces.
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, including user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
- Basic familiarity with Front-End Development concepts (HTML, CSS, responsive design) to enable effective collaboration with engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communication, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple projects, and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Experience designing for fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands is a plus, as is knowledge of accessibility standards and design systems.
