Job Overview
International Management Consultancy (IMC) is looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our growing IT and product development team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing modern, user-friendly, and conversion-focused interfaces for websites, CRM systems, dashboards, portals, and mobile-responsive platforms.
The candidate must have hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Photoshop and should be capable of transforming ideas into visually appealing and functional designs.
Key Responsibilities
* Design modern and professional UI/UX for websites, landing pages, CRM systems, dashboards, and web applications.
* Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows using Figma.
* Design banners, graphics, social media creatives, and marketing visuals using Photoshop.
* Improve user experience and interface consistency across all company platforms.
* Work closely with developers, product managers, and management teams for implementation.
* Create responsive designs compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
* Conduct UI improvements based on usability and performance feedback.
* Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
* Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
* Strong expertise in Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
* Good understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, layouts, and responsive design.
* Experience in designing dashboards, portals, or CRM systems is preferred.
* Ability to create clean, modern, and premium-looking designs.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Portfolio is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Canva is an advantage.
* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
* Experience in EdTech, IT, or corporate website designing will be preferred.
Salary
₹70,000+ per month, based on experience, skills, and portfolio.
